Booking and cancellation policy

Breakfast is included in the room rate. Waiving the breakfast is possible for a discount of 90 CZK per person and night. Two children under 3 years stay free when using existing beds. Two children under 6 years stay for a half price when using existing beds. No pets are allowed. No deposit will be charged unless specifically agreed otherwise. When renting the whole object a refundable deposit of 3000 CZK will be collected. If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in a case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. Checkout time is until 10 am unless specifically agreed otherwise. Check-in is possible from 14 pm unless specifically agreed otherwise.
